KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Kansas lawmakers have introduced legislation that would ban nondisclosure agreements in child sexual abuse and human trafficking cases.
House Bill 2688, known as Trey’s Law, was introduced on Wednesday, Feb. 4. It would make NDAs in these civil cases void and unenforceable.
