Our research and awareness efforts focus on examining how NDAs are applied, documenting survivor experiences, and analyzing institutional practices to better understand the consequences of these agreements. Understanding the dynamics of NDAs, who they affect, and their impact is essential to protecting children and supporting survivors.
Through public awareness efforts, we also provide information to individuals — even in states where Trey’s Law is not yet in effect — so they can understand their rights and make informed decisions before signing an NDA.
