Texas has unanimously passed and signed into law a groundbreaking piece of legislation that will transform how sexual abuse survivors speak about their experiences. Known as Trey’s Law — Senate Bill 835 — the measure bans the use of nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) to silence victims of sexual abuse.
