On May 20, 2026, the U.S. Senate passed TREY’S Law (S.3966) by unanimous consent, sending a powerful message from D.C. that legislators agree survivors of child sexual abuse and trafficking should never be silenced by nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) in civil settlement agreements.
Now, the fight moves to the U.S. House of Representatives, and we are respectfully urging House Leadership to swiftly advance this legislation for consideration on the House floor.
We need your immediate help to demand action and get TREY’S Law (S.3966) heard on the House floor under suspension of the rules in order to pass this before the next recess. 60 seconds is all it takes to advocate for victims’ voices and make a difference for survivors of child sexual abuse TODAY!
