Federal Bill

On March 3, 2026, U.S. Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) introduced a bipartisan, federal version of Trey’s Law to the 119th United States Congress.

Join us as we unite to stand with survivors, advocates, and lawmakers to advance TREY’S Law (S.3966) together!

About TREY'S Law

TREY’S Law seeks to make nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) void and unenforceable in civil settlement agreements related to child sexual abuse and trafficking.

This Law would restore survivors’ voices and ensure that the NDA silencing mechanism is no longer protected in our civil courts under federal law.

Take Action

This Federal Advocacy Guide contains all the information and resources you need to make an immediate impact on advancing TREY’S Law through U.S. Congress.

With your help, we can ensure that suffering in silence due to NDAs has no place in the U.S. legal system.

Every voice of truth matters.
