TREY’S Law was introduced in the House and Senate earlier this year.
With the Senate’s unanimous passage of TREY’S Law in May, our advocacy efforts are now focused on building bipartisan support in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Securing additional House cosponsors is the most important step we can take at this stage to demonstrate support across party lines, increase momentum for the bill across the country, and help House leadership understand that protecting child sexual abuse survivors from abusive nondisclosure agreements is a national priority.
Take action and urge your U.S. Representative to cosponsor TREY’S Law today.
